Description of Cardinal Etegami

The words on this etegami were suggested by a student in one of my classes. I thought they were perfect for this image. Lots of people believe when they see a cardinal that it is a loved one stopping by for a visit. It can take on any meaning that a person wants it to be however. An etegami is a Japanese tradition and it means picture letter. So it must have words and an image. Painted in ink and watercolor. I have many of these available for sale at The Craft Boutique at Moyer Farmhouse. I also mail out many to friends around the world through the Etegami Fun Club.
