Holly Lake

This scene of a pretty lake with 2 trees in the foreground was made by a process known as hard ground etching. The image was carved on a copper plate then etched in an acid solution. It was then printed with ink through a press. After that I hand colored it with watercolors. The image size is 3×4 inches it is framed in a burnished brown frame with hints of gold. The frame size measures 7 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches.
