Description of Sienna

I painted this friendly horse using oil paint sticks. I had visited a local stable and took lots of pictures. I decided to paint this back in my studio. I had received oil paint sticks as a gift and decided to try them on this piece. They were great to use. I only had the primary colors and black and white, so all mixing of paint was done by layering colors.
Since I did not know this horses name I made one up. This is painted on gallery wrrap canvas with the sides painted so it does not require a frame. It is ready to hang.
