Crocus

Crocus. They are one of the first flowers to pop up through the snow when spring is around the corner. I planted some in the fall and can’t wait to see if they come up after all the snow we have had this winter. This was painted from an indoor plant that my husband bought for me. Within 2 days on my windowsill they were in full bloom, despite the wintry days outside. This is an oil painting and is not framed but the sides are painted. You may frame it or hang it without a frame.
