Eagle

This was made by a process of printmaking called a color reduction print or a suicide print. As each color is printed you carve away more of the plate, in the end there is nothing left to print on the plate. The Eagle was part of my bird and pattern series in printmaking, This is on printmaking paper and is not framed.
