Little Faces

This is one of my earlier paintings and a favorite of mine. I called it “Little Faces” in honor of my mom. Every spring she would point out the pansies in neighborhood gardens and say “Don’t they look like they have little faces”? Every spring I plant pansies in my garden and think of my mom.
