O’Keefe Inspired Drypoint with sun design

This drypoint is part of my Southwest series of art. This is another phase of my O’Keefe Inspired Prints. The first one just has the skull and horns; then I transformed the plate adding the sun design and the dark edges. This is marked “artist proof” and is signed by me. A drypoint is when you carve the image onto a metal plate, ink it and then run it through a press onto quality printmaking paper. The image size is 3×4 inches and the paper size is 5.5 x 7.5 inches. This is not framed but is protected in a plastic sleeve.
